• Tradition 2
  ∞ For our group purpose there is but one ultimate authority—a loving God as He may express Himself in our group conscience. Our leaders are but trusted servants, they do not govern. This web site is written with the input of all the trusted servants of the Rocky Mountain Forum. We value the input of all the regions, areas and addicts we serve. If you feel the desire to comment on something you like or do not like, please do not hesitate to use our contact form to send an e-mail with your suggestions.
• Tradition 3
  ∞ The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using. This web site is designed and written to W3C web standards, it may be accessed by any browser on any computer platform. We use a simple design and small images to reduce the amount of time it takes for our site to load across any internet connection. We do not require anyone to purchase software to access any part of our site. We also try our best to make this accessible to those addicts who have special needs by following the accessibility suggestions from W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. If you have any problem with our site not displaying correctly, or being inaccessible to you, please do not hesitate to contact us, so we may correct the deficiency.
• Tradition 5
  ∞ Each group has but one primary purpose—to carry the message to the addict who still suffers. The purpose of the Rocky Mountain Forum is to provide any assistance we can to the addicts that are part of the regions and areas we serve. The combined experience and intellect of many often provides new solutions to age old problems. This site is designed to allow all of the addicts we serve to participate in the formation of group conscience on HOW to support our efforts to CARRY THE MESSAGE.
• Tradition 6
  ∞ An NA group ought never endorse, finance, or lend the NA name to any related facility or outside enterprise, lest problems of money, property, or prestige divert us from our primary purpose. The Rocky Mountain will never have any advertising on this site. The Rocky Mountain Forum will never sell or disseminate any information we may collect from our visitors. Links to web sites that are not related to Narcotics Anonymous are provided for the convenience of our members only and in no way imply an endorsement nor any sort of relationship with the organization that is being referenced.
• Tradition 7
  ∞ Every NA group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions. This web site is paid for by the funds that are freely given to us from the addicts we serve. If at anytime our membership decides that their funds are better spent in some other manner this web site will cease to exist. The content and design of this web site is provided by the efforts of our members using tools and skills they currently possess. Their time is a gift to this body and is given freely without expectations of recompense of any kind.
• Tradition 10
  ∞ Narcotics Anonymous has no opinion on outside issues; hence the NA name ought never be drawn into public controversy. This web site will only be used by the Rocky Mountain Forum to facilitate communication between our members about issues related to Narcotics Anonymous and problems facing our membership. The Rocky Mountain Forum does wish the members it serves to freely express their opinions and will not edit of the responses to our discussion topics. The opinions expressed on this site and the content of this site itself are in no way representative of Narcotics Anonymous in general, The World Service Office of Narcotics Anonymous, nor The World Board of Narcotics Anonymous. Although we do understand that many of our visitors may not be part of our fellowship and do our best to create a favorable impression of Narcotics Anonymous through our words and actions.

  ∞ Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio, and films. The trusted servants of the Rocky Mountain forum wrote, designed and maintain this web site. Our names are presented on the contact page merely to provide a personal touch to the addicts who may wish to contract us.
• Tradition 12
  ∞ Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding us to place principles before personalities. The Rocky Mountain Forum does collect information about our visitors on our server logs. The information collected includes: who visited as identified by their IP address, what pages were displayed, when the visit was made, how long they visited for, what browser they were using, what operating system was running on the computer, the last page they visited before coming to our site, if they found us in a search engine and the terms they used to search for us and whether they were a first time or repeat visitor. This information is used solely to assist us in making this web site as accessible and the experience as enjoyable as we can for all of our visitors. We will never use any "tracking" or "web-bugs." All of the images on our pages are visible and served directly from the Rocky Mountain Forum web server. None of our pages contain invisible text.

  WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!

  We will make every possible effort to protect our visitors' information with the same zeal we protect our own anonymity. No personal information is required to access these pages and an e-mail address is only required if you wish to get a response from the trusted servants of this body. Our discussion board does use a small text file called a "cookie" to store session information between the web pages a visitor views. This text file expires when the visitor leaves our site and is deleted when the visitor closes their browser.
