- Member Areas spanning vast geographical areas
- Geographically small member areas containing most of our fellowship members
- Isolated rural communites that lack the human resources to host daily meetings of our fellowship
- Communicating the needs of all of our members through the service structure
- Large numbers of penal institutions located in geographical areas distant from the majority of our members
- Launching and coordinating services between our member regions
